If you're having a holiday at the northern bays of Mallorca - here's my best tip for a fantastic natural experience away from the beaches without having to rent a car. TIB Línia 354 (Bus route 354). In the season it goes from Port de Pollença at 10:30 to Port de Sóller along the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. You can then spend 2½ there before returning with the same bus at 15:00 . Please DO check the most up to date timetables before going!) Alternatively you can take the long way back by the old narrow gauge train to Palma de Mallorca (Ferrocarril de Sóller) and then bus back to your hotel.
